BeatWorld.ai is an AI-driven music production platform that allows users to order and purchase beats, instrumentals, and music production services. By using our Services, you acknowledge that some features rely on AI algorithms to enhance your experience, including personalized recommendations and automated music generation.
4. User Account
To use certain parts of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and agree to notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized access to your account.
5. Personal Data & Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data, including but not limited to mailing addresses, IPI or PRO numbers, email addresses, and music rights information for the purposes of analytics, customer service, music rights registration, and personalized recommendations. 6. Cookie Policy
Our platform uses cookies to enhance your experience, including tracking your preferences (tempo choices, sound world selections, and chord progressions) and providing you with personalized recommendations. 7. User Conduct
By using BeatWorld.ai, you agree not to:
- Engage in any activity that violates any applicable law, regulation, or contract.

8. AI-Generated Content and Recommendations
The AI-driven systems on BeatWorld.ai analyze your preferences and generate music production recommendations. The AI-generated decisions are based on user inputs and preferences. While we strive to ensure fairness and minimize biases, you acknowledge that recommendations are automated and may involve inherent system limitations.
You have the right to request transparency regarding the logic behind AI-generated decisions. Any human oversight or intervention will be carried out as necessary to ensure compliance with data protection and fairness regulations.
9. Payment and Fees
All payments for services and purchases made through the platform are due at the time of delivery of the music production. You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the use of the Services. In the event of a chargeback, refund, or dispute, all rights to the purchased music, beats, or content revert to BeatWorld.ai, and further use of the content by the user will be void.
10. Licenses and Ownership
Upon full payment, BeatWorld.ai grants you a license to use the beats, instrumentals, or music produced. The type of license (e.g., exclusive/non-exclusive) and the terms are specified in a separate agreement for each transaction. All other rights, including composition rights and intellectual property related to AI-generated content, remain with BeatWorld.ai.
BeatWorld.ai retains ownership of the platform and any content, features, or software offered through it.
11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you agree to cease using any content or materials obtained from BeatWorld.ai unless full payment has been made.
12. Data Processing and Security
We will process your data according to our [Data Processing Agreement] and ensure proper security measures are in place to protect your data. 13. Indemnification
